Paramecium rocks

We went again the lab to do another peka, about plant cells. We shud be doing animal cells too but she said we don't have enough time to do it. We did have many probs in our group, we broke the small piece of plastic paper and retake for 4 times I think, the microscope didn't work out, we've peeled 3 or 4 stripes of epidermal cells from the onion, we even forgot to drop the iodine solution to dye the cells till kamun told me then I realized it.

The microscope even had had some probs with itself, wth is the needle? Appeared in a weird figure, and confusing us @@ We just tot it is the fissure of the plastic paper but eventually found that it's the prob of the microscope.

Our group can't see anything cz we know we did something wrong. Probably we focused wrongly. Seeing others succeeded without mess, geramnya. Lastly we can see something, at least a dot. LOL

kamun's group's result was this. They can see the nucleus in such a clear way!

We finally found something weird. We changed the focusing power from low power into high power, we saw something like chloroplast? mitochondria? paramecium?

We even took out the specimen from 载物台. But what we saw again in the microscope is that the weird-look thingy is still there. Jianpei even used tissue to clean the mirror, but...
NO specimen but HAD seen something.

Cambodia doesn't what's that too :)

This thingy has cilia, contractile vacuole, oral groove etc (maybe)

We choose to believe that it is a paramecium!
